If it isn’t perfected then don’t put it in the game. It’s something players shouldn’t have to put up with. You've got to manage your expectations. Yeah it's a HD remaster... but it's still a Wii game from 2011. The controls are gonna be wonky in button only mode. And of course it's gonna have motion controls because it was a wii game and no those will never be 100% accurate. But we wanted to play this on our Switches and we have it. The camera control and being able to quiet down the tips from your sword who was pretty chatty in the original... those are good enough for me. I'm excited to play... I thought my Amazon pre-order would ARRIVE today but I guess it SHIPPED today instead. I've waited years so I'm happy to wait only another day or 2. I adore this game's art style... this and Twiggt Princess and BotW are beautiful. The Wind Waker style is gorgeous in its own right but I much prefer this more detailed, more "realistic" style. I always loved SS and I'm so glad it's finally getting the love, attention and play time that it deserves. I'll always be so grateful for the BotW devs for not only creating the game closest to perfection (for me), but for also bringing is countless new players to the LoZ franchise, and with that, brining more demand. Tip in hero mode you skyward strikes still have the same speed and strength as the fully upgraded master sword. So in hero mode use your skyward strike as often as you can

My tip for new and seasoned players alike - reserve the internet as your last resort but remember it's there when/if you need it. Many a-Zelda game can be genuine headscratchers with solutions and moments that you might not always figure out yourself. If you get stuck, and can't for the life of ya figure it out yourself - not for a lack of trying - ask a friend or ask the net. Sometimes the full, unspoiled experience isn't worth mulling over a missing detail for days. There is NO shame in needing a little guidance every so often. LoZ games can have really hard puzzles. If you struggle with solving them (like myself) and genuinely gave it your best shot, don't feel bad for looking up a walkthrough or something. Just enjoy the game in any and every way you can. That's why people make these resources.

@skadi29113 жыл бұрын
Basically kill lots of Bokoblins, only them will drop some of those. One of the chests from a very early Godess Cube gives you the Treasure Medal which increases drop % for collectibles.

Pro tip #14: Use the slingshot on Bokoblins. It stuns them and makes them unable to defend your sword strikes. Especially shoot them when they walk on a tight rope over a long dark abyss.

Honestly, despite knowing that I can, I don't use the free camera, because I'm using button controls, so I forget to do the thing with the L button. That being said, it hasn't really detracted from my experience. I just use the beetle when I wanna see things.

It's funny how people have to explain how this game is different and requires patience. They don't want people thinking this is similar to BOTW. It's BOTW that's different from the rest of the Zelda franchise, not the other way around. Most of us Zelda fans know this, but I suppose it's important to understand if you're from a younger generation, or new to Zelda. Though I admit it's true many mechanics from BOTW were inspired by this game. Like the stamina bar for example.

Those 5 Bokoblins by Gorko didn’t hit me once. I used the summoner in Eldin to kill like 200 more barely getting hit. ZeldaMaster has an easier time with Lizalfos, I have a way easier time with Bokoblins. I killed like 50 cursed Bokoblins in Silent Realm dungeon 1 without getting hit. Some grabbed me but didn’t hurt me.

@Smilley853 жыл бұрын
The 3D swimming controls take time to get used to, and it's hard to track down the last few tadtones, since you can only dowse from the surface, and can't mark your target from the 1st person view like in BOTW.
