I like a lot of this but the idea that when things go well you don’t learn anything feels like a limiting believe. Cause then you are telling your mind you need adversity to learn. Place your hand on your heart and say “I release the need to awaken through suffering” (read this somewhere, it’s not mine) I do think stepping into the unknown is the best way to learn, stretching yourself, choosing something you haven’t chose before. it doesn’t have to be a struggle but it may be naturally uncomfortable cause it’s new.

To eat well and save money, I'm spending too much time and getting waylaid off course just to stay 'on budget'. I need my day(s) back. Besides picking up a salad at the grocery, what do other folks do? I'm not against restaurants, but they're rarely healthy. Anybody tried Huel as a meal replacement?

I didn't drive 32 miles to save .10 cents/gallon. I had to go 32 miles anyway, THAT gas station was 10 miles away (as I passed 7 other gas stations) and the gas light was on. 😁 But I'm not saying I haven't done that before. 😏🤫🤣
