Not a simp here, I date A LOT and this is honestly pretty spot on. I used to be that guy that waited days until I would message her, or just be cool and short with my answers, that does NOT work nowadays given the amount of options women have. When you talk to her remember all the little things she says and if you do not have a good memory (as I don't) write them in your phone notes (not in front of her obviously). Things like what food she likes/does not like, bra size, shoe size, favorite perfume, favourite wine type list goes on and on. Then, as an example you say "Hey would you like to go out to dinner. How about Chinese ? then you stop and say Oh no but you do not like Chinese, lets go Italian as I know you love Italian" OMG you are the guy who listens and cares. Awesome list! I have two nephews entering high school that I am giving a "Cool Uncle" speech and most of these are already on ,my list. Fashion and looking nice because you only get one chance to make a first impression. First thing a lady looks at is a mans feet. If he is wearing dirty sneakers, their first impression is dirty sneaker guy and nobody wants to date dirty sneaker guy! Wear a stylish pair of shoes, coordinate socks with shirt color, show them that you thought more than jeans/T-Shirt/Sneakers. If all your friends wear is jeans, mix it up and wear colored chinos to stand out and show you are different. Being from the South, acting like a gentleman, opening doors, and walking closest to street is actually still taught by parents. I like to think it is still appreciated, but occasionally I "allow" my wife to feel emancipated and open her own door. I won't let her open more than two in a row or I told her the Southern Gentleman's Association would take away my urinal privileges. The most important thing that a man can do is show confidence. Women pick up on this quickly when a man walks into a room. Own it. Head up, shoulders back, smile, confident stride, act like you are the coolest guy walking into the place. Don't let anything bother you. One last tip not mentioned by the ladies is that many women love a man that makes them feel safe or protected. Not recommending you pick a fight, but if someone is obviously harassing someone, you can at least ask if everything is okay and suggest the harasser move on.

Thank you for the video, I appreciate it. For me, personally, what turned my life around was simply waking up one day and telling myself enough is enough. I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself, disciplined myself to achieve self-love and self-respect and took control of my life back. Every else just fell into place whenever the time was right. Charisma, confidence, social success, emotional maturity, empathy, peace, etc. It was long and hard, started in my mid 20s and only finally achieved most of my goals in my 30s. Keep pushing yourself, keep trying. You might wake up one day and be like me, realize that you did, in fact, make it. When you finally truly understand *and believe to your core* that life is precious and beautiful, nothing phases you anymore. Yes, I can still go through pain and suffering, but I've long stopped letting it dictate my life.

Love ya Alpha, but could you possibly do a video of dating tips for people who aren't outgoing? Like ways to invite someone to...come to you. I can talk, but I'm not a conversation starter. I'm a naturally good looking guy, I groom, I workout, I dress in line with your suggestions, but because I'm not really outgoing until I'm comfortable, I have almost no interactions. Obviously I have to work on that, but it would be interesting to see a video...somewhat meeting in the middle. For instance you can walk up and say things I couldn't because you have the personality for it, it would come off as fake if I tried it...and that's kinda setting the bar higher than I can really maintain.

Practice asking questions to the people around you like coworkers or the cashiers, etc... it will help you get more comfortable. When you ask questions be sure to listen then you can ask follow up questions. When you find something you are comfortable talking about or that you have in common then you can open up a bit more with that. For fun sometimes I will seek to sit in a cute waitresses serving area or cashier's checkout line, even if it's longer, then I ask them questions like what do you like to do when you're not here, or what are your plans on your next day off, anything fun? Then I think about what they said and I can continue the conversation next time I see them by asking about their time off, how things went with Grandma or their cat😊...
