I have to give a shout out for the intuitive camera work for action. The close up on starts and fast zoom out on the whistle really brings the viewer to the mat.

I watch these videos mostly because of the professional videography. You should give lessons. Great match. Always exciting matches with wrestling under 175lb. Wrestlers are quick. Thanks for sharing.

Such awesome videography....you document the matches so well....really puts the viewer right in the action! I thought, at the beginning, with the focus on Justin pre-match that he was perhaps favored to win. Though it did not turn out that way for him, he still gave Caden a good battle. Caden had a very impressive match, showing a good combination of strength, speed, and skill. That was quite a powerful toss to the mat he gave Justin and I am glad he was okay despite how he hit his head. Caden had a nice series of near falls, culminating in sticking with that flip and quickly scoring the pin! I also noticed at the end of the match, he looked toward the camera and winked at the camera. Most wrestlers definitely aren't lacking in confidence and Caden is obviously confident in himself and his abilities, as he should be after an excellent win!

Exciting match loads of action from start to finish by both wrestlers. And again another GREATLY taped match. The so called pro telecasts could use direction from you on how to tape a collegiate wrestling match. Your the BEST at doing it!

Age may be bang on the same, but some difference in growth when you're young makes a big difference. The young man in black was just physically stronger to the young man in the gold clothing and he could not over power the other's strength? Correct me over the skill sets, but they seemed similar in ability or was he just quicker?

IMO black had noticeably better technique.

Let's go Illinois!

Illinois is returning to it's former glory. There are some really good hs wrestlers in this state, even one's who could be multiple time NCAA champs.

Here watching your vid on the highest quality... It had me wondering... How many Gigs of storage do you go through during a day of filming??
@MidwestWrestle2 жыл бұрын
Great question! On average, I go through 2.5 terabytes a day.

I haven't done that in a while, and to go back and rename 1,000 videos would not be feasible. That said, I could probably invest the time to rename the top 20 or so most popular videos like this one. Thank you for the feedback.

Justin was completely outmatched on this one. I guess leverage helps.😅
