I appreciate all there is to learn on this podcast. The only thing that troubles me here is the music. It sounds like mortuary music to me. I have been to sooo many funerals! 🥺

How can u ask for support without fishing for compliments, or asking for special accommodations? What is the nice way to ask, "Please notice something good I did today, and pls don't say anything related to "giving" bc I'm tired."
