I have R.A. I find stretching before bed reduces morning stiffness. Also sleeping on my back with pillows underneath my legs and knees, reduces arch in my back which in turn reduces my back pain and stiffness while I sleep. As Dr. Andrea clearly explained in this video, 'motion is lotion' and if I do not move regularly my quality of life is not great. ☘️🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪☘️

For chronic pain due to injuries I have been using Serrapeptase for some time with great results. 120,000 SU X 6 - 8 if need be. The does mentioned works as well as 4 Aspirin and 650 mg of Tylenol in slow release form. One reick is to take this on a very empty stomach and zero food for at least 2 - 4 hours

Thank you. I wish I could find a specialist like you here (Australia). Have spent more than 7 years getting yes/no diagnoses on having ankylosing spondylitis. Because my pain situation involves my workplace - and the pain is invisible - i just get treated like a liar. My GP rarely supports imaging.

You are awesome as always, Doc Andrea. I am a fan. Consider trying hydrotherapy, which involves exercising in warm water. The buoyancy reduces stress on joints, and the warmth can soothe arthritis symptoms. Consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine, including hydrotherapy, to ensure it aligns with your specific condition.

After a busy morning and early afternoon yesterday while getting ready for bed at the usual time I finally noticed that I had only a minor injury on one of my fingers. And so I made up my mind not to think too much of it if waking up this morning with more stifness in my hand than usual. While the slight bruise on that finger on my right arm has already started to change color. So it is both possible and probable that the injury to that finger could have happened a few days ago instead of yesterday. Becauise I have peripheral nerve damage in my right arm. Today my right hand nor my wrist does not feel stiff at all while I am typing here. After a few days ago when I was feeling an ache in my right shoulder which often happens during a drastic weather change after I had surgery for that right shoulder in the year 1986 or so for a recurring shoulder dislocation problem after having to be rushed to hospital once to get the bones in my right arm relocated in proper position in that shoulder. Since it has been a long time since that surgery was done there is no evidence left that surgery was ever done.

If asking for personal advice on your issue she’s respectfully explained many times she can’t unless a patient (have to live in Ontario Canada to get medical referral to her.) Try her website in description box below video and maybe find gen info it. You can also search YT for more info. Most MDs on social media are cooperative vs competitive for others getting help they need.
