Все массажы работают, но надо делать и не лениться. Конечно мы все работаем и на это нужно время. Но на себя можно найти 30мин в день, в сутках 24 часа. Всем здоровья, мира и красоты!🙏💖💐🕊

Я с вами полностью согласна!Когда начала свою уходовую рутину - правильное очищение, поэтапное нанесение тоник сыворотка крем, массаж и масочка уходило 1, 5 часа с непривычки. Сейчас действительно 30- 45 минут, но я уже успеваю и аппарат уходовый использовать( в этот день не делаю массаж) . Главное это постоянство привычка и навык. На дорогу к косметологу и массажисту больше времени уходит и денег , что не мало важно!)))
