OMG! I just installed my Warn semi hidden bumper. It was the hardest accessory install yet! I couldn’t have done it without this vid! However…. all of the factory bolts reinstalled perfectly. But one of the Warn slots didn’t match up and I had to use a 1/16” smaller bolt. Otherwise solid install and love it!!!

I hope I can find one like this for my 2022 Tundra, love the look and would serve my purpose perfectly while keeping the aesthetics.

Excellent resource. Clear and concise. Now just to figure out why every after market bumper manufacturer says these cant be installed on a limited .... Any insights youtube? Possibly the parking sensor? I don't have the fance radar cruise control..
@NoahStage33 жыл бұрын
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it! I think the parking sensors and the unique bumper design for the Limited are what stops companies from confirming fitment. I'm pretty sure the brackets and hardware behind the bumper are the same so you could probably get an aftermarket bumper to bolt on to the truck, BUT there's no telling how much plastic you'd have to cut and modify to get the Limited bumper to fit around it.

You did a great job on the video and install!!!! Greatly appreciated!!!!

Nice job showing the one man install. By the way those a machine bolts or sometimes called machine screws. A lag bolt is actually a wood screw with a hex head. Sorry to be so technical, just one of my pet peeves.
@NoahStage33 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Yeah, I knew someone would call that out haha. My mind was thinking machine bolt, but my mouth said lag bolt and I was far beyond the point of being able to re-shoot by the time I realized.

Sorry to be that guy. I understand how that is when speaking. I give technical presentations and sometimes think “what did I just say “. Again great work. Stage 3 is one of my favorite suppliers.

Great video. What kind of lights are those mounted outside of the grill and how did you mount them ? Thanks
@NoahStage33 жыл бұрын
Thank you! The lights I have on there are 6" KC SlimLites. I had to make two small metal brackets to support the lights from behind the factory bumper since it's all plastic. Basically just small metal bars with holes for the KC hardware to bolt through and sandwich the plastic between the lower mount of the lights.
@Cubulation2 жыл бұрын
@@NoahStage3 You should make a quick video about that if you haven't, I'm really interested in putting round lights in the grille but theres like NO resources online of anyone who has done anything similar and I'm at a dead end

Did you have to do anything with your suspension? Assuming you still have the Bilstein 5100's installed.
@NoahStage33 жыл бұрын
Good question. I actually swapped to a Falcon Sport suspension kit when I did this install and I set the front at it's max 2" to accommodate for the extra 163lbs of weight. With that setup the front was able to settle back down to about 1.75" of lift so the stance remained the same as what I had with the Bilstein kit and the ride quality is still excellent.

I added a warn mount bumper two years ago. Now I would to do a viper cut for larger tires. Can a c4 or other companies extensions be used with the warn bumper

Why don't you guys notch out the brackets where it contacts the sway bar? That is a dealbreaker for me. I like the simplistic design of the bumper and winch mount, but those brackets being in close proximity to the sway bar is a nogo for me.

Approximately how much time, start to finish on the bumper/winch install?
@NoahStage33 жыл бұрын
It's hard for me to say exactly since I was filming a video as I installed it, but you should be able to knock it out within a Saturday. Count on at least 5 hours or more to get it all buttoned up.

According to Warn this version will work with adaptive cruise control as long as you don't have lights on top of the bumper like we do, but we haven't tested it ourselves.
