#14. A 100 years old butcher knife restoration - Feuillet de boucher

Couldn't find any information online regarding the manufacturer Acier Fondu Kleuser. Although the seller said that it was an heritage of his great grandfather from the early 20th century (more than 10 years old), I'm a bit dubius of it being older than 70 years (around 1950's).
Anyway, really appreciated restoring an item that I'll be using on a daily business.
