I am pregnant now and I have a lot pelvic pain everyone is telling me to walk but I have a disability that is hard move in certain ways. But I love your workouts and I need something to get moving.

Pilates is sooo amazing ❤❤. I feel the movements of Pilates gets you out of your comfort zone and gives a Womens body the results we desire. An to add stretching in it is such a bonus 😢. I lack stretching due to the time I give to exercises. I am currently trying to Slooow down. Super thankful for this challenge ❤

Hi babes!🩷💐 I was wondering something! So what would u recommend I do? I want thick legs and skinny arms I don’t want muscular arms I was thinking of lifting at the gym two times a week heavy for my legs and then for my 2 arm days a week I do Pilates (arms) what would u suggest me to do? Like I said I want bigger legs and bigger glutes just not muscular arms… most say to get muscular arms u have to lift heavy with progressive overload with 6-10 reps maybe 12 and I don’t want to look like that.
