I’ve been doing this exercise one video a day! 1 rep. I am on week 2 now and doing 2 reps per video. I will get up to 3 reps per video on week 3 and planning on doing more repetitions on week 4 - 3 reps. I decided to do it this way because I get bored doing the same exercises everyday but I am still following along the program. I’m mid week 2 and I can feel the building strength and my high waist getting snatched! I am doing the “grown your booty” challenge along side.

I started doing these fire hydrants n glute bridges before my squats rdls n reverse lunges n hopes that I would be activating them. I guess my intuitive nudge was right thanx for the confirmation!
