Chia seeds and basel seeds are two different things. If you keep them in water for some time. They looks the same. But before adding water, It is very easy to differientiate.

Avoid oilly food. Try to add atleast 1 item boil sabji im your daily lunch or dinner. Don't take samosa or parotha in the evening. Avoi junk food friends
