It might be a little more pricy, but if you’re going to do the poached egg hack, please tie off zip lock bags, or use plastic bags or wraps with a similar plastic component. Ziplocks are heat safe to a certain temperature, whereas other plastics are not (hence why you can use ziplocks for cooking methods like sous vide)

This is the best egg trick. 1. Buy as many eggs you can (free range chicken eggs) 2. Put them under a duvet, couple of sheets, blanket or some other way of holding them warm 3. Flip them some times a day 4. Get baby chicks! Reason being that on farms were they produce free range chicken eggs, they usually have a rooster there to keep control over the chickens. So the eggs might be fertilized. (This have been tested and people have been able to get chicks)

Oil in pan, quarter boneless chicken cut in a fine dice, shredded half a potato, finely diced half onion, finely diced green pepper (or any other loved veggie), salt pepper and two eggs over easy. I have discovered by tempering an egg, you boil the water first, then drop in the egg to desired time. This helps the egg peel easier because it rushes the cooking time of the egg and it pulls away from the shell. If you boil the egg WITH the water, the temperature of both water AND egg will be equal, which DOESN'T allow the egg to pull away from the shell.

Another good one: Put an egg in a microwave safe cup. Then add some fillings in the cup with the egg (ham, cheese, tomato etc.). Put it in the microwave for 45 seconds. Very easy and good omelette!

microwaving an egg makes it rubbery no matter if it is water or not because eggs have lots of water and microwaves are most effective on water. Only a complete idiot would cook an egg in the microwave when you can do it on the stove in the same amount of time if the water is already hot.
