Here is the workout layout below:
1️⃣ Superset:
V-ups (10 reps)
Up & overs (20 reps)
Rest - 30sec
2️⃣ Superset:
Bicycle dumbbell pass throughs (12 reps)
Flutter kicks (20 reps)
Rest- 30sec
3️⃣ Superset:
Plank jump in/out to push-up (10 reps)
Plank DB pass
Rest - 60sec
Repeat this ab circuit for 3 rounds!
