you give me sm motivation to workout I'm so thankful!! Can you please make a video of how to get rid of the lower belly fat, I've been struggling to achieve a flat stomach. My stomach is unfortunately flat but I have those little lower belly fat that are ruining the whole thing.

3 months (almost 4) postpartum and I tried these out! I had to stop so many times or couldn’t even finish them because it was so hard for me! But I can definitely feel the burn 🥹❤️

Results in a more strong and stable core. As far as Ab visibility? Results will be based off your diet, and making sure you’re on a calorie deficit.

How do you get your abs visible all the time, even when you are sitting? Is it the abs workout or low bodyfat? Hope you're nof enhanced because it would make me lose hope of archieving that ahahaha. By the way I'm male 6'2 180 pounds.
