I love you! You have literally changed my life! I was very skinny had back pain hip pain and thought it was me getting older but I actually had no muscle left my body had eaten it all! Thanks to your amazing fun happy beautiful self, I don’t have any of these pains anymore! I do one of your work outs after work everyday and you have seriously changed my life! Getting back into running and know I need to build the GLUTES to protect the JOINTS. This is the perfect isolated workout for it!!

That was so good! I would have loved a 10-15 second rest between each to readjust the band though.

Hi! Great video, I loved the editing and how easy it is to follow along! I had a question for you. Can you grow your glutes with just resistance bands or can you only tone it? As in to grow them would you absolutely need weights?

It's all about progressive overload to help you grow your glutes. For me, starting from not working out at all, body weight was enough for me to start growing my glutes, then I moved on to resistance bands once I started to plateau, then on to weights after that. So it all depends on what stage you are at :) Glad you enjoyed! Worked so hard on the editing this time haha

I love the booty work my glutes are on fire with those fire hydrants and donkey kicks ! However I have trouble staying balanced with single leg bridges
