Hello!! I literally just finished doing this workout for the first time ever and i have to say... i didn't look as nice as you did in the video, but i had a lot of fun laughing at myself 😂 i'm gonna use this workout everyday and hopefully i see some results!! Thank you 💖

Nice ! Please give one day rest because that Is the time your muscles will ache and develop. So I suggest leave Sunday Rest. Good luck !

You said "no rest" and I was like WHAT?! 😂 Especially right after the fat burner hiit haha. It was hard!! But the doggo cameo got me through this 😍

Side planks are hard, but I did them because they felt nice on the shoulders. I forgot which move it was, but I felt that one activated the abs on the side, I had forgotten I have muscles on the sides until they burned.
