A home brewed cup of Ethiopian blend coffee, sat comfortably in my sofa, my german pointer glued to me as it is our last day on earth, fireplace warming up those first snowing days we just got in Como lake, notification popping up, a new video from my favorite channel on KZbin. My weekly dose of pure dopamine. If I was a cat I would purr. Let’s all appreciate the magistral work of a KZbinr that never needs to beg for comment or suggest you to subscribe or activate the notification bell, in the name of keeping it real and authentic. And that weekly editing is at the same level of the work on the 2 cabins. Massive thanks Martijn.

Dear Martijn, this video showed a lot of depth of the soul of nature and you, at least that's how I felt. Not like depression, more like hibernation, which is necessary to find peace. From min.: 26 the music made you feel this love from the bottom of your heart. Rest within yourself and embrace nature as it rests within itself. She is who she is, so she takes you as you are. A truly devotional video. Thank you very much for the impressions that Mother Nature gave us. For you and for me and every person. Stay protected. 💫🤝💫 Ps.Take good care of your chickens.❤🙏❤

Thanks for another special share Martijn.....so much reminds me when my young wife and I ( I was 25) had our first house in Lake Tahoe on Flick Street in Carnelian Bay....a 1920's summer cabin that we bought, and updated somewhat and heated with an Ashley wood stove....that was is it.....slept with windows open at night even in February......it got so warm.....but special times.....simple..... free......going to get wood and then cutting it and splitting it, stacking it.....life was full with the simple tasks needed to simply survive, love each other and just be.......I have learned that life is not about "doing' anything but simply being....as in the moment....

Nature is healing for the mind body and soul. But we are herded into cities with constant noise 24/7 where the mind can never truly rest so it can't heal and nor can your body. If you've ever been wild camping and been startled awake by a branch snapping or footsteps of some kind, it has a different impact you'll notice. It's not as jarring as someone waking you from a deep sleep. I think that's why Martin has such a loyal following that admire his journey, many of us long for this lifestyle but don't yet have the opportunity to escape. Italy is a truly magical place also, refreshing and relaxing. I've travelled extensively but have never experienced anything like Italy and the ability to do plenty but still return home feeling fully refreshed. I will return one day, hopefully on a permanent basis
