143 New Nazca Lines Discovered in Peru with the help of A.I. Technology | Ancient Architects

A team of Japanese researchers from Yamagata University and IBM Research have discovered an incredible 143 stunning geoglyphs, etched into the desert in southern Peru around the enigmatic Nazca Lines.
It is yet another example of how technology is assisting archaeology because a number of images were found using state-of-the-art AI technology developed by IBM, finds that were then confirmed with an on-site investigations.
The geoglyphs include humans, birds, camels, cats and other animals and were found between 2016 and 2018. They were identified through fieldwork and analysing high-resolution 3D data and aerial photography. Incredibly, one geoglyph in particular was solely discovered with AI technology, without the aid of humans, making it the first geoglyph discovered by an AI.
Back in April 2018 I reported in a video that Peruvian archaeologists in the Palpa province of Peru had discovered more than 50 new geoglyphs ( • New Nazca Lines Found ... ) so this new discovery by the Japanese team builds on the ever-expanding line of study.

4:15 - Having been to Peru myself and met local Shamen who do the Ayahuasca Ceremonies - the image of the snake, and it's manifestation in Ayahuasca - it is seen as a part of the creation process. (you might want to investigate that). That snake image in my view shows death at one end and birth / rebirth at the other, with the snake being a strong link to the afterlife by the Shipibo Indians of Peru/Amazon basin.

It's been tried. Connecting glyphs with constellations. However it always fails when correlating those individual glyph/constellations together into a coherent depiction of the night sky. Never seen a convincing starmap made from multiple glyphs.

Lol while I too enjoy to imagine. One needs to stay logical and relevant. Everyone is throwing out outlandish interpretations. You need to only stop and think.... if people then had contact with, and possibility be granted similar ability, to highly intelligent beings... then how is it that the only medium utilized to depict this, was rearranging (of flattening) small stones on the ground. The most plausible is that they were captivated by the night sky. Began to see life forms in that glitter of lights... and proceeded to emulate it on the ground. Yeah, my thoughts as well... Like some ancient alien kid got a hold of the crop circle making equipment and went to town on the Nazca plain before he got caught. Kind of like my kids getting on my doodle app on my phone when I'm not looking. LoL. They seem more careless and experimental to me. Especially the fact that they're not in any order, or especially taken care of. More like giant graffiti to me.

Well these are just AMAZING! Nothing cuddly here, just insectoids and two-headed snakes feasting on humans. The spirals being seen could represent interdimensional portals. I liked the one at 5:17. He looks like the famous painting called "THE SCREAM" except that the screaming face is on the ground next to the faceless body. I need some time to recover from that one I'm afraid (lol). I once saw a cloth woven in the area it was 200 years old and it depicted the nazca pictures .. before planes . the monkey tail is of interest this symbol of a spiral is in celtic.native american . aboriginal ect art and was very important and must have been an image in the sky as is often related to star maps.
