We’re from California and plan to be at the Bread Beckers store on Monday 12/9. Any suggestions for what we can put in our suitcases for the flight home? We have a mill, but are thinking of getting a tortilla press.

@ The employees were very helpful and we had no problem filling our large suitcase with many items, including some Olivelle oil!

What is the shelf life for infused oil?

It should be about 12 - 18 months after it is poured from the vat that it is stored in. Once home, it needs to be stored away from the light and kept away from heat.
