I had a ~ 50% win rate today. Second trade was a 1 tick profit but if I did not sell, would have been a much larger loss. Despite a 50% win rate, I still made $6,825 profit and I want to show you why RISK MANAGEMENT is the most important aspect to ANY trading strategy!

asHard as it may sound you can plan for the recession. If you are working, find extra work and get an Invest--advisor. Protect your deposits by having enough cash in short term fixed income. Then cut your expenses. Minimal insurance, cut utilities.

The more I learn about training risk management is the key. But don’t get caught up in a 50% win rate or anything higher. Averages about 30%. It’s about your sizing and risk. Now let’s see what this guy has to say.

Great trading today. I'm learning a lot about Risk Management. Most of my trades are like 0.5:1.0 meaning, 10 points risk and then close early as soon as price hits 5 Pts in my favor. This is happening even with 1 ES contract. Strongly need to overcome this fear. Any tips on that?

Being down and trying to make up for it is revenge trading, this is bad advice! psychologically speaking only risk amounts your comfortable losing, so it doesn't effect your next trade.
