Don't read 10X Rule, Grant Cardone is just a phony scammer, fake guru. All he'll tell you are just useless sh*t motivation to talk you into buying his useless courses. "You got to pay to play" - Grant Cardone, absolute bullsh*t motivation to sway you into buying into his seminars. And what do you get from his seminars? Just more motivation. 🤣 This guy tells you to invest in Cardone Capital to 2x, 3x, 4x your money without any risk. What a scam. Read the contract of Cardone Capital, all the clauses is for you to not be able to sue him after he scam you.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. The Crypto market has plenty of opportunities to earn which I myself took advantage of. I made my first million from going diverse, mainly ETFs(stocks, bonds etc), bitcoin, and gold. Investing in any of these should be in everyones mind.

I started reading like 3 years ago and is an addiction to me so I don’t like to see Netflix anymore neither TV. I read 1 hr at lunch time and 1hr at night every day achieving 30 books average per year and I use to read zero at all. Having been an Alux subscriber for a long time now, I fail to understand how politics are a topic for Alux. If you “stand with Ukraine” (as much as I want the conflict to end), would you also mind clarifying whether “we stand with Ethiopia” or “we stand with Sudan “ or “we stand with Eritrea? Or who you stand with in Myanmar? There are atrocities and deaths there too, you know

We all stand with Ukraine. This is not "political." Humanity stands against genocide. And the fact that evil also exists elsewhere is irrelevant to whether we stand against genocide. Putin apologists need to grasp that wherever free information flows, the truth is out.

I have only read two on this list, but plan to read them all. I don’t know if this helps anyone to know, but I had been a small business owner and family man for about 25 years, barely reading 4-5 books a year since college, mostly devotional and general fiction books. Then about 6 years ago my wife did her MA in literature and I was inspired to take up reading again and visit the classics as well as modern writings. Then in 2019 I started to realize there was no true planning for retirement in our lives. I started listening/watching You Tube videos on money and started looking more seriously into how to make money work for us instead of the reverse. Most of my financial progress since then has been made in real estate, but I did also return to owning my business instead of the business owning me! Since 2019 I am averaging 50 books a year and my father is on the same track (at 79 he is revolutionizing his small business to become a nationwide influence). Much thanks to ALUX for the inspiration and education I have received. Their new app is my next habit to start, and I can’t wait to see what that brings about in a year!

I've read 4: Richest Man, How to Win Friends, Rich Dad, and Four Hour. Hope to read some others. But I was concerned about the knock you give to the FIRE approach. Nothing wrong with lowering your expenses and investing 40% in dividend payers. YOu won't get rich quickly, but retirement at 55 is pretty good. And with books like the $100 Startup, one can combine both strategies. Most people do not have the temperaments to manage high-risk money styles. They should build a firm foundation first.
