Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. The stock market has plenty of opportunities to earn which I myself took advantage of. I made my first million from going diverse, mainly ETFs(stocks, bonds etc), bitcoin, and gold. Paid off my students loans early putting as much as I could afford from my salary into it, and just as Ali suggests with his mortgage example, it is not the best thing to do at all, but the emotional value of having that weight off your shoulders just gives me peace. In the end, I just want peace.

Same!! I took out student loans my first year and then worked my ass off to pay them down while still in college. It would've been much "smarter" to wait since they weren't accruing any interest at all...but graduating debt free was an amazing feeling and 100% worth it.

I'm currently living with my parents and I disturb them all day by telling what I read everyday . I think unknowingly it is a great way to remember what you read. And now I’m currently about 80% through "Playbook to Millions by Grant Cardone. I have read a lot of entrepreneurial books and self improvement books, and this book is my absolute favorite. This book is extraordinary and really gets you to work extremely hard toward your goals in life and succeed at multiple different areas like personal finance, business and career. This is an absolute must buy if you need a push to get you going in business or you want more out of life.

Wow all I can say is that advice is spot on. I am 50ish 100% debt free, no mortgage, paid for basic vehicles and work a job I enjoy. You are absolutely correct on every point you have made. This is correct because I had a mortgage on my house and I worked twice as hard and cleared that and to tell you the truth it feels quite good. And once I did that I found out that the sources of income stayed with me and now I can save them and put them in right place.
