There are indeed properties within 10 minutes of walking to the beach for under 100k and new build fancy villas with a swimming pool from 250k. Investors generate 7-10% a yearly yield and prices of new builds are raising 10% a quarter

I grew up 30min away from Nazare. Was always and still is my favorite beach. great food great people affordable life. I reside in the US for 15 years now. Biases aside Portuguese receive foreigners much better than most other places in Europe you will have a great time
