These locations also correspond to lists of cheapest cost of living places to retire. Expat living etc. Terrific list with some good investment ideas. Wow the vid covers most continents as well.

The physical globalization start to get out of hand. Mass immigration and tourism, but also property investments. When not all countries are free and liberal, they benefit from us without us benefit from them. But I would probably say that we are more naïve.

Can highly recommend Montenegro. I came here in 2005 to stay for 3 years and enjoy the booming market. After 2 years I couldn’t think of a better place to go to for combined quality of life, cost of living and continued opportunities. I still can’t. Maybe I should keep watching Skerry Harry videos for some viable alternatives. For me, though now more expensive, the Boka Kotorska area is the area for prime real estate and continuing luxury development.

Fiji was Brotish colony.When i was in Suva years ago there were four Chinese faciry ships off the coast and several tied up in the harbour I enquired what was going on and i was told the Fijian govt had sold the fishing rights to China So pro Chinese.Would not invest there!!!
