Hi Steve, great lesson sir! Question, what made you own a Gibson over Martin? Just curious that’s all. Sounds great playing Can’t help falling in love by Elvis. You have a friendly method of teaching, thanks

I have Gibson's and I have a Martin. They are just tools. I grab whichever guitar will get the sound that I'm going after at the moment. Hope this helps! - Steve

Who is the maker of the guitar used in the lesson ?

That is a custom Brent Mason Signature Guitar made by Valley Arts Guitars. I love it. It's very versatile.

I think it would have been way more important to add the interval of the three note chords... much more the notes for the chord. ....... I am trying to understand what I am playing and not just get into "playing patterns"... just saying... pat

David, this was definitely a pattern based lesson. A place to start making some music. Then you fill in the musical gaps as their understanding develops. Check out the "How Music Works" playlist. I did a whole course on applying the music theory concepts. Learn all you can! - Steve

The guitar sound on this video is awful. I hope you appreciate the feedback. Otherwise, a great video!
