ok, i was able to do more today, I am hyperflexible in my hips but cannot lift my foot into the hammock during seahorse. I have to manually place my foot in the silk to extend my leg and stretch my hamstring, which is super easy to me. maybe too easy AWESOME CLASS!

Thanks😊💖 when there is hyper flexibility in the joints you need to emphasize the strengthening and stabilizing exercises rather stretching.

@@CamiYogAIR I think this is why I get shaky, my nervous system has not connected to a few muscles in a long time, or ever! So today I will do the Core/Abs/Strengthening routine to see where I am.

Ok I can do most of this, but there are some aspects not available to me. So my question is, what if your legs are super long, this poses a challenge to do the extension of the leg while in seahorse! Love this, because I am learning about grace!

Of course, if there is low muscle mass, a lot of problems may start, the muscles help you to move and do various things and improve posture☺️
