@@CamiYogAIR I'll start here and maybe go level 2 course. thank you
@CamiYogAIR3 ай бұрын
I would recommend to start with Level 1 and then either my Level 2 or Yin course, as those courses are build on Level 1 course. I have already a lot of graduates that were already teaching or have finished courses somewhere else, and they’re all happy they attended my course as the previous ones haven’t had even half of information of what I provide in my courses. So Level 2 and Yin course are designed for those who have finished my Level 1, that to be familiar with my method, terminology, to know the poses that we covered previously and all the anatomical information as well as teaching methodology, or simply to understand what I’m talking about and referring to, as we won’t cover that in Level 2 and Yin, and continue on adding up information. But of course you can enroll my Level 2 and see how it goes, as you can always add Level 1 later :)

Thank you very much for the practice, I have one question, how many meters of fabric is your hammock? Since I can’t repeat it on my hammock, it’s not enough as if the fabric to open to the end or I’m doing something wrong. 🙏🏽❤️🕉

ok, i was able to do more today, I am hyperflexible in my hips but cannot lift my foot into the hammock during seahorse. I have to manually place my foot in the silk to extend my leg and stretch my hamstring, which is super easy to me. maybe too easy AWESOME CLASS!
@CamiYogAIR4 ай бұрын
Thanks😊💖 when there is hyper flexibility in the joints you need to emphasize the strengthening and stabilizing exercises rather stretching.

@@CamiYogAIR I think this is why I get shaky, my nervous system has not connected to a few muscles in a long time, or ever! So today I will do the Core/Abs/Strengthening routine to see where I am.

@@CamiYogAIR omg noooo thank God and the Universe I do not get seizures! I am sure people with epilepsy or the like must suffer tremendously. I hope aerial yoga is physically available to people with epilepsy. I am sure it would help! I am just dealing with the joint consequences of 15+ years of running!

and about 5+ years of Bikram Yoga in the 90's. I actually met Bikram in the 90's! But this is where I got hyperflexibility. I used to be able to do full camel and full dancer pose!
