Another all standing, low impact, 15 minute cardio session today! Feel free to use it as a warm up, an add on, or as a stand alone cardio session for busy days! This is a great stackable workout, as you can easily add a 15 minute workout to your routine and get an extra calorie burn!
This is a fast paced medium intensity cardio workout you can use to burn calories and energize your entire body. Let's move our bodies, get some steps in, and burn some calories.
If you're going for more, make sure to press the REPLAY button and do it twice, or simply move on to another workout once you're done.
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.
