I did this whole workout and I was so proud of myself!! Seeing you also pause during the sets was so real and also motivating, knowing that we all need a rest and that it’s hard! Thank you! This put the biggest smile on my face when I finished!!

Today really shows that Carolines workouts are for everyone. So many others would neglect Bicep specific routines, concentrating on working them during back sessions etc.For myself I really love the isolation especially on biceps and thats really important to me in a program. Today I used 10kgs DBs. I could gone to 12.5kg but on preview I realised the lower would get the best results for me. This is intense especially the pulses and the holds, the pump kicks in immediately which actually increases the resistance set by set to give you an even bigger pump.The format is perfect as was Mondays Tricep day. Its been a year since I started training with Cx and I have to say its never once been boring, its always fresh, I'm always learning and developing while being inspired and motivated. This really is a lifestyle not just a training program. This workout is the best and only Bicep session you will ever need.

Hey Anthony! Those pulses and holds were sooo intense!! I could barely hold by the time we got to wide curls. My arms just ever so slowly lowered instead of holding😆. Such an awesome workout. I loved it! Total pump from the beginning I agree. My arms didn't really want to function by the end. The format was perfect. She really knows how to burn muscles out as always haha. It really is a lifestyle not just a training program..that is what I absolutely love. Have a great day!

Caroline’s workouts are never boring...and who else could produce an intense biceps only session that is so interesting and fun to do! Like you I love the holds and pulses...keeps the intensity high! @@melinda5610 Hi Melinda I was wondering how you would get on. I think this workout really shows men and women how with a set of DBs and a few minutes you can get a major pump and they dont have to be heavy DBs. So many times I see big guys curling 20kg DBs and I think "your throwing that not curling it ". Then you look at Carolines video, so focussed, no body movement and the Bicep is the focus. Only occassionally do you see a little grimace on the face to show she actually is human. I just find it gives me such a drive to keep following.

@@matthewalmond4688 Hi Matthew, I know we have said this so many times but the variety means we feel that the training is being specifically produced for the individual. I have really loved training with Caroline I'm so lucky to have such an amazing Gym Buddy. Sprints went well last night I think I'm doing 100m in 17-18 secs but thats the fastest I can do on the threadmill. A little dull here today but still lovely.

@@anthonycarson2541 Hi Anthony...I’m planning to try out a couple of places for sprinting at the end of this week. There’s a very shallow straight incline along a quiet lane, a bit less than 1 km from my front door, so ideal. Then there’s a steeper hill on a quiet lane about 2.5 km away. I really want to have a go at this...a 5 k run with some hill sprints in the middle. It will be hard but very good it I can do it. I don’t ever measure my workouts, so won’t be able to record heart rate etc..but I’m experienced enough to measure intensity fir myself. I’m looking forward to challenging myself a bit in my running. Just signed up for Windsor half marathon at the end of September. It’s a lovely course! Speak later! Matthew

Burning Man, As a 69 year old man who has lifted heavy weights in the past I now find myself with a touch of arthritis that prevents me from lifting the heavy stuff much anymore. I was looking for some good shorter and lighter routines to start using and I came across your videos. Bravo! They are so good and the lighter weights but intense workouts do give me the "burning" I was looking for without putting so much stress on my joints like the heavier weights do. I will start doing more of your routines, love your attitude, professional instructions, and high quality videos, thank you so much!

I’m a 46 yo man in pretty good shape. I started the workout with 25 lb dumbbells and dropped to 20 lbs halfway through. By the end of the workout I wanted to curse your name but I didn’t 😂. Great stuff!

Hi Caroline, this looks like a new favourite for me. Beautiful colours and the creatives like always! I was hooked with the older 20 minutes of bicep workout & revisited that often. i tweaked my back and neck a week ago and am almost fully healed. so i hit this bicep workout to ease back into my regular caroline workouts. loved it! i can hardly lift my arms hahaha

Loved this workout! Trisets are so.much fun but coupled with the medley at the end was even better. My biceps are burning along with my back after todays EPIC 23 Row day. So grateful to you Caroline for the motivation, structure, and positive energy.

Pamys Meuy Hi Pamsy - this is a fantastic workout isn’t it - my arms by half way on the pluses were so hot! I dropped from 8kg to 6kg and got through ! Glad you enjoyed the workout too !!! 😁

@@tonym7702 it was just brilliant! Brilliantly executed as usual. I used 8 kgs and I must admit that on the pulses and holds it was extremely hard, impossible to hold the 20s😅. Really challenging and with a room full of enrichment🥰 So so excited about HEAT... can't wait 🤗

Can men also do Caroline's workouts? I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Caroline's biceps workouts for a long time! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated

I find this absolutely incredible. Discovered your channel an hour ago and am absolutely blown away by your strength. I struggled through your leg workout earlier and now gave your biceps workout a go. I barely got through it but I only used 5kg per dumbell. I'm a 26 year old fit male btw

Wow! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (330 gram) as weights but could not last even 8 minutes (the palm up curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 6 kg dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

So I’ve been using KZbin for dumbells workouts for a looong time. Especially since the start of covid. I only discovered you about a year ago but I think you have some of the best ‘at home’ workout content on the internet. Dont ever stop !

It makes me smile, i can hardly smile with covid surge filling up my waking moments, i live for my epic mornings and the community messages where we are all cheering each other up with CG leading the way. Pretty sure we are in this pandemic in our own way but we manage to fknd time to stay healthy

Yesterday was my biceps day and I can't wait for it to come back, so that I can try this one! Edit: Done - Still feeling the burn on my biceps since yesterday! Never understimate Caroline's workout, even when they are short. This was such a refreshness for my biceps, it has been so many days since they were this sore! If you feel like this workout isn't enought for your biceps, or you wanna push yourself more, do it twice like me, then enjoy the burn afterwards!

WOW, having trouble controlling my arms after this. Managed to use 7kg up until those wide curls!! My biceps are absolutely exhausted!

@@gwnhvy Wow, that is just incredible arm strength Gwen! I am a man and just started this lesson but it was brutal 😞I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but my arms just gave up and I stopped at the 9 min mark😟I wish I can be strong, muscular, and empowered!

@@gwnhvy That is such great arm strength! It is so inspiring! I am doing this and still on 0.5 kg (1 lb) dumbbells but I didn't even get to the wide curls. My arms just collapsed. 😔I wish I can be so strong like you are! I don't know how to build some self worth and strength. I am amazed at how strong and muscular the women are here!

Wow! That was a burner especially after the back workout! The wide curls and pulses just did me in. I realized how much weaker my right bicep is compared to my left! I’m working on evening them out but it is taking forever! Way to go for those that smashed this killer workout! Thanks Caroline!!! 🥰

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half pound) as weights but could not last even 8 minutes (the palm up curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 15 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

Loving these shorter, targeted workouts. It has given me better focus on form and the opportunity to explore Caroline archives and find other workouts, in addition to adding in stretching which I neglected during Epic II. Caroline, thank you for recognizing we all have different training styles and for giving us options to meet our personal objectives. Amazing content. Cannot thank you enough.

I love all your workouts. I am about to turn 70 years old and made a commitment/challenge on my 69th Birthday to get in physical condition before my 70th. I have been working out EVERYDAY for the past 9 months for 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day mixing it up with various of your videos, cardio using the Oculus VR, rebounding and DB method. I feel I have made unbelievable progress with the exception of the triceps, can't seem to get rid of the mud flaps or the crepe skin but I keep trying. You keep me motivated!!!

Get a tennis ball and roll it out over the muscle group, stretch and hold it for 30-45 seconds each stretch and drink alot of water. Take it slow it will get better. Good on ya!
