This was an interesting challenge Jacinta thank you. I've been wondering how to incorporate my rings into my workout. The single leg roll up was a super exercise as was the leg extension overhead curl, I second to last exercise.

I absolutely love doing push-ups with the ring! I just feel my whole body fire up differently, and I love that feeling! Thank you so much for this workout and I look forward to sweating with you again soon🎉
