At first I thought it was rather gentle workout, but I did actually had to do some breaks in between, so did get more challenging overall. Loved that you used the ring as prop, I bought this thing years ago and it's rarely used in pilates classes (at least the instructors I follow) - so TY
This arrived the second I opened my eyes this morning! Great workout, I felt that change happening in my legs. Ty ❤

Always love a good Pilates magic circle workout, and this one really got me sweating and shaking. I have to say this is challenging, especially the plank part, but looking forward for more like this in the future. Cheers to 2025! 🥳🎉✨

Great workout! Wish we did more with the lower body and core work but we can only fit so much in proper timing, I understand as I'm attempting my own KZbin channel, myself, Katie Jung Launch Fitness...still in editing phase however I love sharing healthcare resources and I recently got my new Pilates ring for Christmas!!!! Glad you enjoyed. You don’t need to do roll ups :) you can just do a regular curl or dead bug in replacement when I do roll ups. X
