Recently discovered you and just did this workout - the first of your workouts I have tried. Will definitely be doing it again. For the last 2 years plus I’ve been doing the workouts of another KZbinr who specialises on menopausal women and have had impressive results 💪🏻, especially for a woman fast approaching 62!! In addition, I have lost nearly 20kg over the last 3 plus years, mainly by going gluten free, grain free and refined sugar free. Would still like to lose another 10kg but am in no rush. I have some limitations with joint pain and reduced joint mobility although that too has improved gradually since the start of my fitness drive. With this workout my left knee 🦵was a bit painful. May be I need to look at getting some sort of knee support? Thank you 🙏🏼 for making these workout videos for people like me to do at home. Much better than going to the gym where I was once laughed at and made to feel unwelcome.❤️

About your knee cant tell, maybe of wrong movement or mayby something in your joint.Take care and I think any protection is good,why not to try...I wish you to stay fit and healthy 🥰
