Love it, can’t wait to add this to my routine once I am able to, I’m sticking to your stretching and beginners classes at the moment. I’m so grateful for finding you on here and instagram. I’m 51 and currently having chemotherapy for stage 4 breast cancer. I realised that I need to start at the beginning again and slowly build up to your more intense workouts. I am no longer able to jump around like I did when I was younger and before this most recent diagnosis (3rd since 2012). I feel so hopeful that I can eventually get my fitness back and feel great with your help. Your emphasis on low impact exercise makes it feel far more attainable and realistic.
