These workouts are so effective,I just did the arms for beginners. Fabulous and tomorrow will try this one out! Thank you, by the way, what is your name? Where do you shoot these super videos, it all looks so nice, exterior and interiors are pristine, calming, look so neat!

hey nice workout I am grateful. Is it important how much weight to strengthen the skin of the arms or is the exercise sufficient in itself? have a nice day Marielle

Hello, thank you. In this workout I don't recommend heavier than 2 kg weight, optimal would be 1,5 kg of weight. Wish you the best!🙌
