I really like your channel and have practised along with many of your beginner videos. You have a very clear way of describing the positions so that I don't constantly have to get up from the floor to see what position you are in and whether I am doing it correctly. Thank you for offering something very simple for beginners! I personally pause the videos to stay in the stretches longer for flexibility going forward. I level myself up to your more advanced videos as feel necessary. Thank you for what you bring to this world, your gifts matter...

Is there another starting position if you cannot cross your legs due to having two full knee replacements

Try elevating yourself instead so you can keep the knees straight or straighter if you are still able to bend them slightly. You can start in a chair or sitting up on folded blankets and pillows. Hope that helps!!
