The turkish getups were surprising, had to go to 10lb for those, but the rest was 25lbs

Yeah it takes a bit of practice to actually get the momentum moving so the weight helps you get up

@@troyvanspanje That weight is perfect! I'm so glad that I dropped my ego and purchased a Competitions Style Kettlebell that's 16kg and 20kg so I could work with a consistent size bell and choose engaging workouts. I set a strength record as a D1 Defensive Tackle, but Kettlebells humbled me completely. I actually wish I had a 12kg bell to perfect my technique on high volume workouts.
@troyvanspanje2 жыл бұрын
@@busyrand I agree, that’s better. If you want to alternate to strength building routines then the cluster strength/size workout is good for that
@lafourmiedesbois59012 жыл бұрын
@@troyvanspanje they look big for 16kg, I thought it was higher but could not believe it hence i am here. This at 16kg is ideal if consistency is behind. I don t think big pro athletes like rugby players would even go heavier than this it would just expose them to injuries.

Tried for the first time: started with 24kg, ended up with 20kg 😅 I tried many 15-20minutes kb workout and this is the most challenging I've found so far. Great content, you just gained a new subscriber 😉 Just a question: would you mind updating your workout descriptions adding how the session is divided? For example as Marchman Chandler does it. It would really help to focus on the whole session knowing in advance your next exercises. Thanks again! Cheers

Will this help you get abs?
@troyvanspanje2 жыл бұрын
You may need a bit more than a 15 minute video. You would want to try my 40 minute ones and I have a few ABS only workouts too that you should try

Thanks. I use similar with clients. You can select any 7 exercises. The first should always be the easiest because you do that the most.

With a 20kg kb, how many calories does this training burn?anyone knows? Or just estimate?
@troyvanspanje2 жыл бұрын
Not sure. I have wore a monitor for some of my workouts. Considering it’s only 15 mins and at around 20cals per minute I would say around 250.
