15 MIN Lean Arms Pilates Workout | DAY 5 Challenge | Light Hand weights
Hi everyone,
In today's workout we will be working arms. This is a body part that many women seem to forget or not prioritize enough. If you made it this far in the 7-day Pilates challenge I am so proud of you and I know you can do 15 minutes of arms as well! It is important to work out arms and shoulders in order to be strong enough to keep a good posture. Let's do this!
