I have been rebounding (beginner) for over 3 months and have watched numerous beginner workouts but couldn't complete any of them; till YOURS. I am 67 and have some arthritis and aches and pains but I loved being on the rebounder. Please, Please add some more 15min. beginner workouts; maybe geared toward seniors (over 60). Your teaching is GREAT!

I am overweight as well but you’ve got this. She clearly has videos for every fitness level and the ability to know how to modify these moves for those of us that are new to this. I am 5’7” and 250 lbs. I am also 65 years old! So if I can do it I know that you can!

I think its good for a beginner level and being over weight i feel the burn and sweating already i will have to just do the first 5 min until I can do more. I love that this type of exercise isnt so hard on the joints. Thank you. As a mom with a child who has a leukemia diagnosis and 2 other young children its hard to get moving but glad i found my little trampoline that I can have indoors and kids use it too!

This is great-I'm fit and stopped running post cancer. I walk 3-5 miles daily and add this with HiiT and weights plus yoga a few times a week. LOVE the bounce back cardio!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so not in the mood for a workout this morning so decided to do this beginner one just to get my body moving. It was perfect, and I added weights to increase the sweat a little. Just what I needed on a tired day. I look forward to more of these for those days when we're so NOT motivated to exercise but force ourselves.

Adding my comment here rather than on the original thread in case it may help other beginners. @SanFran Fitness, I DID slow the video down to .75% timing and it made it less intimidating to try to keep up the pace while getting familiar with the various moves and the transitions through the 4 programs. Thanks again for the tip to take it slower. And it didn't even make me giggle to listen to your instructions in slurred motion ;) .

No worries. We have easier workouts that I think would be better for you to try. Please look for our step by step series, our bounce for lipedema and our plus size class. These all have no jumping if needed and the pace is slower and more manageable. Let me know if these suit you. You can find them all in our beginners playlist

i enjoyed this but i feel like your rebounder has a faster rebound than mine does bc the up and down movement for mine was twice as slow as yours and it made it hard for me to do the movements in step with you. but i did them at my rebounders pace instead and tried not to feel inadequate, haha. i've had one for years but broke my ankle right after getting it. then i lived in a studio apartment where i couldn't set it up for ages. someone i watch recommended your channel today so i took that as a sign and decided to try this out. thanks, i'm going to try to be more consistent. my pelvic floor, ankles, quads, and digestive system need this pretty badly even though i go hiking fairly often.

MiauxCatterie hi there what sort of rebounder do you have? If it’s a bungee cord see if you can tighten the cords underneath. With ours that’s what we managed to do in order to stick to the pace we had been used to on our spring trampoline. But I know some bungee rebounders don’t have this option. I don’t know. It could have been one of our dogs. We have 6 rescues and one is called foxy because she looks just like a fox

Don't understand why so many intense workout rebound videos are titled as beginners workout. Are they trolling us? Not this one, it's truly beginner friendly

What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions kzbin.infoUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.
