What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions kzbin.infoUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

I purchased a bellicon 3 or so hears and use it everyday. I love it and this is a wonderful little workout. Just remember you have to change the bungi cords as they wearout. I do it once a year.

I have purchased a Fitness-Mad Studio Pro rebounder, and have been using this excellent warm up introductory video for this first week - it seems really well paced for me, and not too ambitious (late 40's, don't want to cause an injury!!) . My question is should I be bouncing on the heels and flat of my feet or on the balls of my feet? My rebounder feels quite hard and unforgiving on my ankles at present, maybe I am just not used to it. Any advice?

@TheMyangeleyes: Try to do the training with sport shoes. After a while you may try to do it barefoot but only for a few minutes. The fascias in your feet have to get used to the tension on the bellicon mat.

Great video (especially as my Mac does not have a DVD player in it!) - and I'm loving my Bellicon!!! I hate exercising, but this has made it fun and I look forward to my 15 minutes every morning before breakfast! I have learnt these moves by heart now and the video helps to make sense of the wonderful chart that comes with the Bellicon which is good as a memory aid. I confess I find the music accompanying it rather uninspiring - though it has good pulse throughout to match the pace of the exercises, but its very monotonous on just one or two chords, however now I know the moves by heart I often just do it in silence! But i might create my own playlist one day :)

I am 69 and 5'2" and love my bellicon. I would encourage anyone considering buying to get a larger unit than the 39" especially if you are taller than I am. If I had it to order again I would get the 44". (Especially if your grandchildren want to bounce with you.) It would be nice to see and experience the different sizes before buying.

For those who are leery that a personal trampoline can work, consider kids on a trampoline. We had a full size once my daughter was constantly on. Then we moved. Not only did she QUICKLY gain weight, I noticed it began in her abdominal area. My theory: the trampoline was keeping her ab muscles tight. A personal trampoline will offer the same effect, but in a gentler manner. For instance, maybe you already do Jumping Jacks. Doing them on a personal trampoline will be less impact while also offering more force and balance.

Under the video, it says this is. 44” with strong cords. In the commentary, it says the cords are lighter. Which is it?
@cathiken5 жыл бұрын
It doesn't matter, as the cord strength is based on the weight of the user and intensity of their workouts. It's different for everyone. I have a mix of strong and med cords on mine so that it works both for me and my husband. Your Bellicon rep should be able to help you.

This is incredible! What level would you say this routine is? Beginner, moderate, intermediate? Thank you!
@belliconGmbHenglish8 жыл бұрын
Hi Jyoti N. We would say that this routine is shown with intermediate intensity in the video. You may do it moderate as well: just bounce less intensive (jump not so high).

valentina didi Jumping on your bellicon® trains every muscle of your body, your abs as well!
@goscott4449 жыл бұрын
valentina didi My personal testimony, not trying to upstage the Bellicon YT channel. Bellicon will give you the most intense ab workout possible with the twisting motion + you can do "cannon balls" that is jump into the air and grab your knees! Your stomach will sweat if you can keep it up. I have a Concept2 and it takes about 45min to start sweating in my abs. With my Bellicon it only takes about 5min. I love the DVD that comes with the Bellicon, the music is much better than in this video, and the girl Fayth is and expert if you can keep up with her! :D REV18
