As a mom of 2, I don’t have much motivation or time to hit the gym. So this is really helping me get active even for 20-30 minutes even with my kids running around me . And it makes a big difference in how the rest of my day goes. Thank you!

Do this if you wanna feel humbled. I had just finished a dumbbell leg workout from Juice and Toya and i was like let me finally try one of Raven's workouts ( i have saved them all for many months now lol).... this was hard in the best way! Thank you Raven, also thank you for actually being a human and struggling with us throughout the workout lol. I do KZbin workouts a lot and i have to wonder how the people doing it power through no struggle. You definitely gave me the motivation to keep going. Now that i have tired one i am gonna have to do all of your workouts! Thanks so much Raven! Love from Jamaica!

I have started doing this challenge 09/05/23 and I’m still going strong 15/06/23. Happy that I’ve remained consistent with my personal challenge of 6 days a week. I also do weight, HIIT and cardio workout 4 days a week. I have visibly slim down & lost 1 inch of my waist❤

Did it 3 times because i wanted to hear you say “Look Ma No Hands, No Toes” again and again 😅😅😅 But wow! My core strength is getting better. The workout got easier by the 3rd time too.

Loved it! These short videos that I can do over and over if I want are great! Especially when the countdown is on until the babe wakes up and is crying. So being able to get something in fast and be able to go back to it again later for another cycle, is a yes for me! Thank you Raven. P.s. I'm addicted to the green smoothie. It's my every day breakfast

Am I doing something wrong? I do the exercises the way they look and I don’t feel my abs working. I’m sweating but I don’t feel my abs being targeted. Especially the stand and lean exercise. Any tips??
