I was thinking about doing an upper body day today and you posted this at the perfect time! getting stronger wasn´t really my goal before, but working out with you really changed my relationship with fitness and these strength workouts with heavy weights are now my favorite!

these workouts are great! gained a bit of weight since becoming more toned and gaining muscles, which is good. (muscle weight). decided to up my workouts recently to get even more toned and lean. I can't wait to see further results in the future! also reminder to anyone reading the comments, rest days are just as important to allow the muscles to properly heal back stronger, and a treat in moderation is good every now and then. edit: this is definitely easier than when i started a couple weeks previously. it used to be torture!

Hey, thanks for this video, i follow a lot of your videos for my workout. I have one suggestion - when you are talking about where we should feel it - like lats or mid-back for example, if you can actually take your hand to that body part and point out, it will be very helpful in understanding exactly where we need to feel this and focus our mind there.

I can’t wait to do this one. They seem easy until you start off with the heaviest weight you have. Then I usually go to my lowest weight to use. My favorite vids are the ab and booty ones. And the whole body.

I enjoy these exercises I like to see more I've been doing it for 3 months now I love them my wife with a white doing these passed away three years sure do miss her I know someday I'll see her again I've been exercising for about 8 years I used to weigh 245 lbs and now I weigh 145 I do I kick box I love running my wife was diabetic since she was seventeen years old I just got diabetes about 8 years and I did something about I eat better than I used to keep up the good exercise I like these😊 from Terry

I love these kind of workouts because I can make them as easy or as hard as I wish by picking the right weights. They've been a godsend in my recovery when I am still super weak but also don't have enough breath for cardio.

I've always avoided repeat workouts, always felt a little "bored" or as if it was never-ending 🤭, but I really liked this one. Longer intervals and 3 sets, kinda made me feel...cool?😅 Update: I was able to use my 3kg dumbells for it all (except flys), and it's the first time 😃. Following your videos ia what made me strong enough to upgrade from 2kg, and I'm feeling proud. Tangible proof that I'm actually STRONGER. Thank you 💐.

This workout is great! I love it! But in the last round ( the bench one) what do you mean by pressing your shoulder blades down? Down Into your back or into the bench? This really is an amazing workout!
