This is definitely THE BEST upper body kettlebell workout I've found on youtube thus far. Can you please make a couple more just like this with similar work/rest periods? The work/rest intervals in this workout are literally perfect. Thank you again for making such a great video!

Great workout. I like the 30 and 10 ratio. You might want to consider changing the commercials to the rest periods instead of during sets so we're more able to focus during sets.

Great workout. Just a tip for future videos, the typeface is clashing and uses too many colours. If you keepnet to 3 colours and make everything aligned, makes it easier to follow. But good workout

I feel like I can do a 4th round, I go up to 16kg on the penultimate exercise. Would a 4th round be better as opposed to doing more sets at 16kg. I'm not worried about putting on size

I love this workout mate do it nearly every other day, depending on what else I'm doing, I've only got a 16kg kettlebell though so I do start to die by round 3 haha, any suggestions for how I could work around that? I'm sure it's light for you but I need probably 10kg - 12kg, I can get through the first round, scrape through the 2nd, then I'm yeah, dieing as I said by round 3 haha

The exercises that you do on your knees, could they be done sitting in a chair or on a bench? I work on my knees a lot doing plumbing and would like to save my knees as much as possible.

Hate to be a little critical here. The routine is great and have been doing it with a 15kg kettlebell. Great workout. Just surprised you would copy and paste the first 5 minute section to the other 2 in the video. I enjoy when they creators do the entire workout and you can see they are tired too. Just a thought.
