15 MIN: Single KETTLEBELL Workout (FULL BODY)!

FAT burning Kettlebell workout! each movement is for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest. One round has 9 exercises in, once the 9 are done you get 2 minutes rest between each round. 2 rounds to complete for the full 15 minute workout.
If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.

I love the no nonsense, straight to the point format of this video. It's something that I can turn on and work out to without listening to a lot of preparatory instruction or things I don't need to hear time and time again.

2nd comment. I’ve now been doing this 3 to 4 times per week along with 30 minute walks with 10 second sprints. I’ve lost 27 lbs and my daughter said “Dad you’re ripped”. I’m 60 and this is still my go to workout. It’s so simple but so effective. Thanks again for posting.

I’ve been ill with a chronic unknown condition for over a year now, tried everything to feel better… doctors, medicines, investigations, regular walking / hikes etc… I found kettle bell training about a month or two ago, and already I feel better than I have for ages. This is changing my life ❤️

Being overweight you re stronger than average people. Just moving around with your weight you re doing resistance training. Start incorporating weight training and your fat loss journey will speed up as you d never imagine.

So not true. Being overweight does not make you stronger. You're just able to carry a lighter person's weight. I've seen lots of overweight people at gym who can't lift heavy kettlebells or plates on machines.

Great workout, no BS and a good balance of upper and lower body. I throw in some push ups and pull ups in the “rest” period for a little extra burn.

It doesn't matter what the exercise is called, as they are not kettlebell exercises. They are exercises using a kettlebell as a tool instead of weights.

Just tried this after not working out for months.. kicked my butt. However I feel like I did some work, broke a heavy sweat and was happy when I was on the last stretch. Going to try to work this into my daily routine.

In my mid-50s and pretty new to kettlebell workouts. This is easily the best routine I've added to my playlist so far. Great selection of exercises to work the muscle groups, and I'm now doing it two times, back to back, (until I get my heavier KBs, then I'll be down to just once at a time probably!:)

Been following this video daily for the past 2 months. I've enjoyed it too! The quick transitions to the next exercise is great, no long wait periods. the movements can be done without to much trouble. Kettlebells are my new favorite weigh resistance!! Just add more weigh if anyone thinks its to easy.

Thanks for your video, I'm 35 and haven't ever really stayed fit....im about 14 stone so a little on the chubby side, I started having upper back strain and started exercising, not only has my back improved but so has my general wellbeing, I'm less anxious and I have so much more energy in the mornings, I am going to get into using the kettlebell and really look forward to starting this work out later!

First visitor used to be really fit, things got a bit slack over the last few years but I've just done this overlooking the sea before rest of the family, apart from dogs, wake up and I'm puffing like a good 'un. First time in 33 years that the floor was wet with my sweat. This is great ! I cheated on the triceps and lunges but I will complete every exercise in this video with good form in less than 2 months.

This is great. I spend about 20m walking to a park to do my workout. And only have about 20m to do a routine before I head back. So I can't be doing this 30m to hour long routines I see elsewhere

Hi! I really enjoyed this video, already done it two times but one thing brought my attention and that is that you looped the second part. I personally don't have any problem with that, I will probably do this exercise anyway in the future, but for the creditability I would recommend to do the whole exercise as a trainer/coach. :) Great job anyway!

@@OliMccann I'm 37yrs old 92.3kg my goal is to get to 80kg becime fit again and bulk up abit I had an industrial accident a year ago and lost all my upper body strength

Just did this exercise, and it made me sweat more in 15 minutes than 2 hours on a bicycle. 21 stone, 49 years old. Should I alternate cardio with core exercise? And should I do them every day? Thanks.

First 10 minutes of the 20 minute kettlebell workout guy talking about kettlebell workout then warming up. No kettlebells show up until the halfway mark. It took me three different videos before I found one that didn't suck completely. Sure, the music was horrible but at least I could turn that off

I want to get a kettlebell but I feel like one day I'll be slightly off my game and it will slip from my hands when I'm doing one of the swing-y exercises and it'll fly from my hands and put a hole through my ceiling, floor, wall, window etc depending on where it was headed when I let go. It would only take one time
