If I'm doing this in addition to 6 day ppl dumbbells should I donafter every workout or add this after legs? Just don't want to overdo it. Atm doing 3 days on 1 off repeat.

Could we get a video with only upper body workouts and no equipment except dumbells?? I have no equipment except dumbells and have been trying to find a solid 45 min upper body workout that i can do through out the week, without any equipment, just dumbells, i dont have a half inflated ball to rest on, just carpet:/
