15 Minute Post Thanksgiving Ab & Butt Burning Model Workout That Will Leave You Feeling Amazing | No Equipment Necessary & Easy At Home Fitness Routine | Sanne Vloet
Hey Guys,
It's the last week of Wellness Month, how does everyone feel about making wellness and health a priority in their life? I shared my little Friendsgiving with you guys last week so I really hope you enjoyed a more intimate gathering of my close friends. Since Wellness Month is almost over and Thanksgiving was last week I thought it was a perfect time to share a fun, but tough 15 minute ab and butt fitness routine.
So since we won't be eating a holiday meal this week lets get back to our routine and build those muscles. You will notice if you engage all your muscles during a workout it will work your entire body. Since the focus is on the abs and butt make sure to keep your core engaged!
This is such a great workout for me to do at home, in the gym, or in my hotel room. It's super easy to fit into your workout routine now without having to add any fitness equipment. Who else usually works out without any equipment and if you guys want to see more workouts using bands and other pieces of equipment let me know.

Don't let that make you sad! Your fit and healthy body is just as beautfiul, but you have to believe that's true before you'll be able to really see it. Find more fitness role models who have a similar height and bone structure as you- they're all over instagram, and there's plently who will have the same hair color and type, etc. There's no way you'll feel sad after seeing all that inspiration from people who look JUST like you. :)

I enjoyed your video but when I'm doing leg lift with my left side, my right butt feel much more burn than left one....Is that normal or am I doing wrong?😱😢

Wellness month?? Can you make a wellness year?! You're soo inspiring sanne! I've always enjoyed eating healthy, But I struggle with quick nutritious meals and snacks. Thank you for sharing your healthy lifestyle with us. I know it's truly changed me. Ps. I'm 5'11 too. You give me confidence I've never had seeing the way you move! You embodie such grace and beauty.

I am encouraged to see all the positive comments in this video. I was certain the negative KZbin would have gotten here already, but so far people are really civil (Thumbs up!) Also, geez I have to improve my thigh/ groin/ glute motor coordination before I can do these movements correctly (O.P)

there should be alternation between left and right leg for every move. otherwise people will give up easily from tiring one side of the leg

I've been feeling daunted by getting back to the gym after the holiday period due to slacking off majorly, so have been looking for workouts at home to get my confidence back in my comfort zone. Abby Kirchner you actually can’t do targeted fat loss:( you have to take a whole body approach to fat loss and do targeted exercises for muscle gain x

I know this video isn't brand new but I wanted to comment that you are very strong because all of your workouts are tough! I like to work out and have done so for years and your workouts are truly challenging. Do you have any arm or shoulder workouts you could share? Keep up the great work!

@01:24 anything with something so similar to "bouncing" is something i heard is terrible for ur muscles/working ur muscles out safely...maybe alil nervous for recording n doing it too quick but id definitely slow down those leg pulses ure talking about but other than great vid!

this is the first video I see from you and I love it!! first because I love that you don’t repeat the exercises and that you do exercises which are back friendly. Second I love that you make a 10 sec. break (which is not always in a workout included) and I like your voice 🥰😍

I wanted a workout session that works simultaneously for at least two parts of the body and this was incredible! The “raising one leg and hand” part was tough for me but I got better by the end. Guys, if you are doing this make sure to follow her instructions. Squeeze the core, butt and thighs. Otherwise it becomes easier for you but the result won’t be what you expected. Squeeze and do it😊😊 Veel dank 😉

I just finished this workout and loved it! I work in a physical job (housekeeping) so I get my cardio in, but this really helps fine tune the muscles I want to target. Loved this one, Sanne!

The ufc ultimate session for 60 mins is faster plus weights are used if you like classes and partners.
