The beauty about your workouts was that it didnt have any background music. I could listen to my own.

As I'm doing this video daily I found that it's one of my achivpeak favourite. Definitely added to my achivpeak fav list. Intro + music + set your smart watch and go. Love it. PS: hallow body hold. My lady saw me doing it and she called it dead bug 😁

You can work your abs daily we need them so much!

I agree with Theresa W. As long as your abs arent super sore you can work them. You can also do like 2 days on 1 day off. Everyday except Wednesdays and Sundays for a 2on 1off 3on 1off schedule.
