I did your 20 and 10 munites dumbells exercise every day for 3 months ,my suger level Hba1c drop from 11 to 7 and doctor reduce my dibatic medicine to half dose ..thanks mic ❤ i m posting this message because might its encourage others . I love that you have different lengths of workouts! It allows me to slowly build up without overdoing it! I started with 10 minute workouts for 2 weeks and now doing 15 minute workouts! Thanks!

Hi! I don't if anyone can help becouse I feel like I'm not doing it right, whenever I try to do ab workout I clench my neck and it feels much harder to do, I think I should try to squeeze my abs but I don't really know how to stop squeezing my neck
