I appreciate the need to think and its definitely a must but a workout where you are barking out regular instructions would be great, for example instructions to include 10 seconds of pushups between giving punch combos to push the pace to another level so even after 15 minutes you're wiped out 🥊

I don't think there is an exercise that can burn 400 calories in just 15 minutes. I think it's exaggerated and only those who have a high weight (above 200 pounds) can do it.

Solid workout! Anybody with an apple watch or fitbit get a more accurate calorie count? 400+ in 15 mins feels unrealistic. Either way great stuff and appreciated!

This was Awesome Tony! I followed along at the gym after work today. Once finished I did some skipping and a bit more Shadow B. Then some leg strengthening exercises. Aug9th 2023 I tripped on someone's leg while sparring. Someone behind me. Complete tear of my right patellar tendon. So slowly getting back. Following along was almost like being in class again. Thank for sharing Tony

I have a fight with another student of my class soon and want to know if this move I thought of wound work so is pretty simple they go for a punch you move in to the outside of the punch grab there arm and pull them down and you elbow smash them as you pull them down wound it work and wound it be to dangerous to use cuase in my head it works relly well I need a second opinion though

Yo question about the stance, I’ve seen videoes but still confused, when I’m my stance my right foot is back and the heel is up, should both feet be flat or just my left foot in front be flat and my right be up? Like the heel is up and on toes with back right foot ( im right handed)

Excellent contain but definitely none will burn low 400 calories in 15 min at such pace. Need very high intensity and for 25/30min to reach 400/450 calories burnt.
