I know how much to take daily but idk how much to take at one time I've heard 25Mcg at a time but I was taking 40-80 at one time then maybe sometimes a another 25 later on... And anavar is giving me gyno I think if u can do a video explaining that it's rare but it does cause gyno....

This is how the at-home workout programs that began my lifting career like P90x and Body Beast are designed, circuit style supersets with lower rest. Would love to see Dr. Mike do some analysis and critique of those classics!! I personally found them great for getting some of the benefits of cardio and resistance training in a shorter time but not great for maximizing the results from either goal individually. I did them for years but found it wasn't producing much muscle growth for me (Body Beast was probably the best if I had to choose one). Once I slowed the pace down and rested more between sets to focus on making each set maximally effective I started seeing better hypertrophy results. Does require a larger time commitment though.
@michaelcozzitortoiii53503 ай бұрын
There are things you can do to save time such as superset chest & back but ultimately you will be sacrificing a small amount of muscle gain. This is no big deal for 90% of people but it could be the difference between you taking 3rd vs 1st place at a bodybuilding show. There are also time saving intensity techniques like MYO reps for smaller muscle groups like arms and delts. Mike has talked about this a lot if you really get deep into some of the old webinars and revive stronger podcasts

Chris, I listen to your podcast a fair bit, but rarely watch you on screen. I was thinking while watching this video...wouldn't it be hilarious if you went and did a big hit blockbuster and then just immediately dropped acting forevermore immediately thereafter. But I mean like after knocking it outta the park in a way that we'd expect your podcasting days to be entirely behind you...except back to podcast land is exactly where you'd delightfully return, doing what you do so superstar best, but with one stand alone knockout film under your belt that completely rivals anything the other famous Chris's have put out there (e.g. Hemsworth and Evans!) Seriously, if the likes of Conor McGregor can pull that shit off, surely there's some producer in Hollywood who'd be thrilled to hire you in some riveting screen play, and not so so strange or unlikely really, given you've already done some reality t.v. But seriously, in my big plan, you'd go back to being your awesome intellectual self, never to touch acting again. I think that would be the funniest, hippest stunt we've seen from a cat your size in awhile. Thoughts?
